First level: from 0 points. No points multiplier is applied.

Second level: from 2500 points. Points earned are multiplied by 1.1

Third level: from 7500 points. Points earned are multiplied by 1.2

Fourth level: from 15000 points. Points earned are multiplied by 1.5
Diamond
Fifth level: from 30000 points. Points earned are multiplied by 2

No, exchanging loyalty points for discounts or gifts does not reduce your VIP membership level. The loyalty level is calculated based on all points accumulated to date, so exchanging them for discounts or gifts has no impact on your VIP status.

Typically, discount or free shipping coupons are valid for 1 month from the date of their exchange. Of course, the validity period may differ or change depending on the coupon type or purpose. You can check the validity period of your discount coupons in your loyalty program account under "My Discounts".
How do VIP membership level point multipliers work?
How do VIP membership level point multipliers work?
We would like to note that the VIP membership level point multiplier applies only to newly acquired points. Point multipliers work in such a way that upon reaching a certain VIP level, all accumulated points are multiplied by the specified coefficient for that level. For example, you have reached the "Gold" level and placed an order with a total amount of 100 euros. Normally, 3 loyalty points are awarded for 1 euro, so this would total 300 points. However, your points are multiplied by the VIP "Gold" level coefficient of 1.2, so you will receive 360 loyalty points.

Why has my loyalty point balance decreased?
The amount of loyalty points can decrease for several reasons:
- When points are exchanged for discount coupons or gifts, your current point balance decreases, but the total number of points received over time remains unchanged.
- If you made a product return, your point balance decreases based on the returned amount and the point multiplier. The total number of points received over time also decreases, as it is considered that the entire or partial purchase did not occur.
- In certain cases, the store administrator may reduce the number of points if there are objective reasons. In such a case, the client is informed.
